Shipping

Free shipping applies to all items except CafePress Logo Merchandise.

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS Ground, Fed Ex Ground or USPS Parcel Post/Priority Mail with tracking (except USPS, Delivery Confirmation tracking only) and drop-off without signature. Expedited shipping may be available at an extra charge. Please inquire prior to placing orders. Method of shipping is at the discretion of TCLB.

We will ship to P.O. Boxes provided shipping service is available and the Box number is different from your billing address. If you live in a rural area and a P.O Box/RR number is your billing address, contact us prior to ordering. If shipping service is not available, we will attempt to use another carrier, delivery may take longer. In this case, a refund option may be offered.

Items may be shipped from different distributors and may not arrive on the same day. We generally cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, except when placed after 4pm (CST).

Return Shipping

TCLB will pay return shipping on defective new, regular priced stock items only. In the case of exchange for size, the buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. TCLB will pay shipping to you for the replacement size.
