Items purchased on TCLB.COM may be returned for refund minus our shipping cost and any manufacturer restocking fees within 7 days of receipt (see Warranty for information on defective items) or may be exchanged for size or a different item of equal or greater value within 7 days with no restocking fee under the following conditions:
1: Item is in 100% new and unused condition with tags still attached and with all original packaging. Final determination on condition is made by TCLB.
2: Item was purchased at regular price.
3: Customer must submit a repair/return ticket after which a Return Authorization Number (R/A) and instructions will be issued by e-mail. The R/A number must be written clearly on the outside of packaging or package will be refused and returned to sender. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
IMPORTANT: Please review your complete order carefully before making payment. Incorrectly placed orders may be exchanged (if the correct item is available, a store credit only will be issued if not), exchange will be shipped upon return of original item and payment for shipping of replacment item is made (both at buyer's expense).

In the event an item is out of stock from the manufacturer, we will try to get a firm date the item will be back in stock. If the wait time is not of a reasonable length, you will have the option of waiting or a full refund.

All regular priced stock items purchased on TCLB.COM carry a 30 day from reciept of item warranty against manufacturer defects. Item repair or replacement is at the discretion of the manufacturer. The R/A number must be written clearly on the outside of packaging or package will be refused and returned to sender. TCLB pays all shipping charges for warranty repairs.
Non Warranty Repairs
Non warranty repairs by the manufacturer requests (if repair service is available) can be made at anytime by submitting a repair request and shipping the item to TCLB.COM. Price of repairs and return shipping will vary. We will attempt in advance of your shipping to have a price for the repair.
