Items purchased on TCLB.COM are sold FINAL SALE. NO REFUND, NO RETURN
(See Warranty for information on defective items)
Items can be exchanged for size within 30 days under the following conditions:

1: Item is in 100% new and unused condition with
tags still attached and all original packaging. Final
determination on condition is made by TCLB.

2: Item was purchased at regular price.

3: Customer must call or e-mail for a Return Authorization Number (R/A)
on any return/exchange request. R/A number must be
written clearly on the outside of packaging or package will
be refused and returned to sender.

IMPORTANT: Be sure to use our sizing guide when choosing your size.
If you have any questions on sizing, make sure to e-mail us before ordering.

Sale and discounted items are FINAL SALE, NO REFUND,
NO RETURN, NO EXCHANGE.

Special order items (any item not
usually offered for sale on the website) are
FINAL SALE, NO REFUND, NO RETURN,
EXCHANGE FOR SIZE ONLY.

In the event an item is being closed out (total number
of sizes remaining are listed when possible),
the item is FINAL SALE, NO REFUND, NO RETURN,
NO EXCHANGE. If you have any questions, feel free
to e-mail us before you make your purchase.

Warranty

All regular stock items purchased on TCLB.COM carry a 30 day warranty
against manufacturer defects. Item repair or replacement is at the discretion
of the manufacturer. In the event of a defective item, call or e-mail TCLB.COM and we
will issue an R/A number and send a return shipping tag. Call or e-mail for details.

No charge repairs needed after 30 days are at the discretion of
the manufacturer. Non-warranty repairs by the manufacturer
can be made at anytime by requesting an R/A number
and shipping the item to TCLB.COM. Price of repairs and return shipping will vary.
We will attempt in advance of your shipping to have a price for the repair.

In the event an ordered item has be discontinued,
your purchase price will be refunded.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates expire 1 (one) year from date of purchase.
Gift Certficates are not redeemable for cash.
Merchandise purchased with certificate are
Final Sale, No Refund, No Return.

Shipping

Shipping to your location is done via DHL and/or UPS.
Note: DHL and UPS do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please supply a
residential or business street address to ensure prompt delivery.
Note: Orders using Paypal that are unregistered
or unconfirmed accounts, may be held until the funds
are deposited into our account, usually 2-4 days.
TCLB will pay replacement shipping on defective items only.
In the case of returns for return or size exchange, the buyer
is responsible for shipping charge back to us.

Privacy

Twin Cities Leather & Boot Co. respects your
privacy. Your information will never be disclosed
to anyone other than Law Enforcement officials if
requested.

All transactions are conducted through Paypal,
a secure payment system. Click the above Paypal link
for more information on their service.

TCLB will never contact you unsolicited by phone or
e-mail. Our only contact with you will be as a
reply to your inquiry. We dislike phone solicitation
and Spam (the e-mail kind only) as much as you!
